The rooftop views from the terrace are absolutely stunning!

staying at the virgin was a lovely experience. the location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and bars. our chamber king castle view room was stylish, compact, and had everything we needed. the service at eve was top-notch, with friendly staff who made our dining experience feel special.

the virgin sign was a bit hard to spot, as it is dark.

Quirky library and lounge design made each moment relaxing.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low for the rest of the wonderful amenities.

    incredible location
    friendly staff
    subpar breakfast quality
    excessive noise
    lack of attentiveness

The location is unbeatable, just steps from iconic landmarks. The room was impeccably clean and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night. The staff, especially Natalia and Yannis, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. the breakfast buffet was a letdown with poor quality items, and the noise from outside the double windows significantly disrupted our peace.

The staff went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special 🎉. We loved the room decor and comfy bed! However, breakfast was a bit disorganized, and the buffet didn’t feel worth the price.

    unbeatable location
    stylish room

The location is unbeatable, right on Victoria Street, with easy access to local attractions. The Grand Chamber King room was stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a relaxing environment. Enjoying fresh, home-made muffins during breakfast was a delightful touch that added to the experience. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any stand-out negatives during my stay.

    delicious seafood
    cozy atmosphere
    well-functioning air conditioning
    unfriendly reception
    damaged flowers

The food scene near Virgin Hotels is a delight, especially Ondine's seafood and the cozy vibe at Bertie's Restaurant. Plus, the room was fabulous with an air conditioner that worked like a charm!

The reception experience could use a bit more warmth. Our flowers got slightly squished when we checked our bags, which was a bit of a letdown considering the special occasion.

Couples Escape for a Special Occasion

The staff went above and beyond, leaving a personalized happy birthday note in our room it felt like they really cared. The commons club bar was a classy spot for cocktails with an elegant atmosphere, made me feel like I was somewhere special.

It wasn't inexpensive but for the experience, I think it was acceptable.

    Couples seeking style and comfort

The staff were very friendly, I mean genuinely wanted to help. We got some excellent service when they accommodated us so well, they even brought a bottle of wine to our room after I mentioned it was our anniversary.

It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but you know, it’s what you’d expect for a place like this.

    modern decor
    comfortable atmosphere
    great location
    room service issues
    slow food delivery

We chose this place for a short family getaway, and while the location was great, we faced some hiccups with room service. The breakfast orders were mixed up a couple of times and took longer than expected to arrive. I must say the modern decor and comfortable atmosphere were the highlights of our stay, making it easy for us to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

The decor was vibrant and inviting, making it easy for seniors like me to feel at home. The common areas had ample seating, and the staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were promptly met.
