quite comfortable stay, we were there for 1 day. fairly clean place and brilliant location, enjoyed very-very nice staff. the room was stunning & fairly quiet with builders right outside window.

The rooftop views from the terrace are fine!

The breakfast area felt cramped and the tables were quite low.

Staying at the virgin was a lovely experience. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and bars. Our chamber king castle view room was stylish, compact, and had everything we needed. The service at eve was great.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from iconic landmarks. The room was impeccably clean and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night. The staff, especially Natalia and Yannis, were attentive. The breakfast buffet was a letdown with poor quality items, and the noise from outside the double windows significantly disrupted our peace.

The room was spacious and stylish. The amazing birthday surprise with cake and bubbly. Don't miss the complimentary drinks during happy hour!

The staff were great too make my partner's birthday special 🎉. We loved the room decor and comfy bed! Breakfast was a bit disorganized, and the buffet didn't feel worth the price.

The location is unbeatable, right on Victoria Street, with easy access to local attractions. The Grand Chamber King room was stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean. Enjoying fresh, home. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any stand-out negatives .

The food scene near Virgin Hotels is a delight, especially Ondine's seafood and the cozy vibe at Bertie's Restaurant. Plus, the room was fabulous with an air conditioner that worked like a charm!

The reception experience could use a bit more warmth. Our flowers got slightly squished when we checked our bags, a bit of a letdown considering the special occasion.

The staff were really nice, leaving a personalized happy birthday note in our room it seemed like they really cared. The commons club bar was a classy spot for cocktails with an elegant atmosphere.

It wasn't inexpensive but for the experience, I think it was acceptable.

Couples seeking style and comfort

The staff were very friendly, I mean genuinely wanted to help. We got some excellent service when they accommodated us so well, they even brought a bottle of wine to our room after I mentioned it was our anniversary.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but you know, it's what you'd expect for a place like this.
